The house rules!!
- Items will only be reserved for 48 hours upon order confirmation. If payment is not made within 48 hours, items will be released to other buyers on first come first serve basis.
- We will ensure that all items are in good quality (i.e. Without damage) and packed properly with address written clearly.We believe in honesty and maintaining the relationship and trust in our customers.
- Therefore all items sold are final.No refunds or exchanges will be entertained.
- No refund is acceptable for cancellation of order from customer after payment received unless items is out of stock.
- All prices stated are fixed, except on bulk order. Do email us in regard of this.
- Items will be sent out on the next working day after payment confirmation.
- We hold no responsibility of damages and lost during the process of delivery of the goods.
- Customers information will be kept as Private & Confidential.
- Colour of items posted in blog might differ from real product depending on the picture quality / lightings and screen resolution. However, Bearlicious Land will always quality-check the items before taking in stocks.
- All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Some "SOLD" items are restockable.Do drop us a mail if your favourite bear bouquet has been grabbed, no worries there is still hope for you!!
- BAD BACK-OUT ARE SO NOT COOL.
- Back-out orders and pull outs will be BLACKLISTED and thrown out into the bins.
- You are also the reason why we decided to not provide COD service.
